Tabular View Appointment Search

Scheduler provides an additional appointment search screen apart from the existing search facility given in the ellipsis menu. The new appointment search can be accessed by clicking the Tabular View is placed beside the Provider View on the Calendar header.

Key Features

  • New Filter – Schedule Type: A dedicated filter for Schedule Type has been introduced, allowing users to narrow results based on appointment types.
  • Multi-Select Drop-Downs:  The Legal Entity and Provider filters now support multi-selection, enabling broader or more targeted queries.
  • Appointment Duration Display: Instead of showing the appointment end time, the system now displays Appointment Duration for clearer visibility.
  • New Appointment Button: A “New Appt.” button is now available directly from the search screen, simplifying appointment booking from search results.
  • The date auto-populates based on the calendar date. (Only available in Tabular View)
  • It auto-refreshes appointments on opening. (Only available in Tabular View)

Important Fields in the Listing

Field Description
# Sequential number of the record in the result list.
Reschedule Icon/button to reschedule the appointment.
Date Date on which the appointment is scheduled.
Start Time Time the appointment is set to begin.
Duration Length of the appointment (in hours and minutes).
MR# Patient’s Medical Record Number.
PC REF# Patient care reference number or system-generated identifier.
Phone Patient’s phone number.
Patient Full name of the patient.
Provider Provider assigned to the appointment.
Legal Entity The practice or department associated with the appointment.
Status Current status of the appointment (e.g., Confirmed, Cancelled, Missed).
Type Type/category of appointment (e.g., 1st Follow-Up, Consultation).
Reason Stated reason for the visit or appointment.
Eligibility Status Indicates whether insurance eligibility is verified or pending.
Address Patient’s street address.
City Patient’s city of residence.
State State where the patient resides.
Zip Postal ZIP code of the patient’s address.
Notes Any notes related to the appointment or patient.
Entered By Username of the staff who created the appointment record.
Entered On Date and time when the appointment was created.
Last Processed By Username of the staff who last updated the appointment.
Last Processed On Timestamp of the most recent update to the appointment.
