It is not possible to physically delete a patient record. However, the patient can be deactivated by using the Active checkbox in Patient Demographics page.
Go to patient search, and select the patient.
When the demographics screen opens, uncheck the Active checkbox and save.
Note: The patient record can be made active again by checking the Active box.
